06/24/07 Eagle Alliance Board meets during ANS Annual meeting in Boston.

Following normal procedure the Eagle Alliance board members convened in Boston along with several members permitting proxy authorizations for motions discussed. Old and current business was reviewed along with reports on the current activities of the EA website, the member database updating process and comments about the EA newsletter.

Denis Beller reviewed activities concerning Eagle Alliance and the Newman Wachs Racing team. Further discussion followed concerning the development of old and new programs complimentary to the mission of Eagle Alliance . . . much more on these discussions and ANS events to follow . . . Stay tuned!

Discussions advance concerning further expansion of the EA website content, new topics to address and our member database update.

D. Beller, D.Hoffman, G. Duarte talked about the content and new projects that should be addressed on the website, current activity and selecting topics that we should work towards implementing. Congressional briefings on nuclear activities were one of these topics. The board will be reviewing these topics and announce them as we move towards implementing them.

One of the ANS sessions was to discuss the benefits of ANS membership and programs and comments by which they could improve them. No doubt that similar discussions and questions can be applied to our Eagle Alliance members and programs. So, we all need to become more Pro Nuclear, Pro Actively . . . Positively SOON!
